Refund policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Proper Good Mud pieces unless your item has arrived damaged. Please take care to read our descriptions fully so that you know exactly what are you are purchasing. If your item has arrived damaged, please email me at hello@propergoodmud.com (including photo evidence) and we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please be aware that if the item is not currently in stock, you will have to wait for a new batch of that item to be made.
